Ms Molema has vast experience in litigation and labour law. She has over 15 years of experience as a attorney.

She also acts as a Commissioner for the small Claims Court on a pro bono basis and also lectures to Candidate Attorneys in preparation of their Board Exams. She has also attended may seminars organized by various institutions such as the Law Society and the BLA on topics such as:

Ms Molema Specialises in Labour Law and High Court Litigation. She has handled many complex and large matters representing both Corporate and individual clients. She current focus is on handling ESKOM LTD's litigation and labour law matters in Gauteng, Strategic Litigation for the Treasury Department ( Min of Finance) and Insurance matters for the Telesure Group's various insurance companies.
