The directors of the firm themselves, either undertake the services requested by a client, or supervise and oversee all other matters. Weekly meetings are conducted where all current matters are discussed and recommendations made.

DIRECTORS

KEDIBONE ELIZABETH MOLEMA completed her B Proc degree with UNISA in I988. Served her articles with Johannesburg firm, Moshidi, Kunene & Makume from 1990-1992. After her articles she practiced with the firm C.O Morolo & Partners and then became a partner in 1994, a position she held until March 2001. She has more than fifteen years experience in the profession.

She specializes in General litigation, with special interest in Constitutional and Insurance law. She has litigated successfully in many “big” matters. She is a former Chairperson of the Advisory Panel on Films & Publication Board.

SELBY SEGOPOTSE MAMPURU completed his B Iuris degree with the University of Durban-Westville in 1996 and his LLB with UNISA in 2001. He served his articles with Pretoria firm of C.O Morolo and Partners from 1998-2000. He then joined the firm Maluleke, Msimang and Associates where he was responsible for High Court litigation and Commercial law.

He is a member of the Black Lawyer's Association (BLA) and presently heads the BLA-Youth Forum. He is presently completing his Masters degree specializing in Commercial law.

CONSULTANT

MOLEFI BETHUEL KGOKONG completed his B Iuris, LLB degrees with the University of Durban-Westville in 1997. He served his articles with firm Anderson and Kloppers of Pretoria from 1998-1999. After admission he moved to Lephoko Inc Attorneys were he became an Associate in charge of Labour law. He currently practices extensively in Environmental Law at the Anglo American Corporation.

He specializes in Employment and Tax law. Whilst at Lephoko Inc. he handled major accounts including SACCAWU, a large National union. He assists the firm when ever we tackle large projects or when we require specialist skills in labour and Environmental Law . He is a former partner of the firm.

LEGAL PROFESSIONALS

KENNETH SESAI MACHABA, B PROC (UP), is a Senior Associate of the firm and has over six years as experience in practice. He served his articles his articles with the firms Ivan Pauw & Partners from and As Botha Inc. Both firms specialized in insurance litigation and he obtained valuable experience in this area. In April 2002, he opened his own practice and dealing with insurance litigation. He Specializes in Magistrate's Court litigations. His current focus is on Insurance Litigation and Debt Collection for SANTAM and Auto & General Insurance companies.

 

JEFFREY LESHALABE RAHLAGANE, LLB (UP), is a new appointee and has more than two years experience as a Professional Assistant.

He served his articles and worked at Mphela and Associates in Mpumalanga and also worked for them as a Professional Assistant.

AGGY MABASO, LLB ( UP), has completed here articles with our firm presently awaits admission as an attorney in April 2007.

She works closely with Ms Molema in litigation and is now ready to handle greater responsibility on her own.

 

 

 

MR THABO MADISA & CHARLES THAMAGA, Candidate Attoneys, both hold LLB degrees from UNIN and they work with Mr Mampuru and Mr Mashaba respectively.

 

 

MINAH MABUA is a paralegal at the firm she is about to complete her LLB degree with the University of Pretoria.

She worked for five years at the CIPRO registering companies and other business entities and now she handles all Company Secretarial work for our clients and provides advise on forms of entities, in addition to registering companies.

 

 

TUMELO MANALENG, PARA-LEGAL STUDIES (PTECH).

He works with the litigation department and helps in preparation of pleadings and notices.

He is responsible for final quality checks to ensure that all documents that go out are in order.
