What sets apart great service providers from ordinary ones is the commitment to excellence, consistent delivery of efficient and prompt service. Our firm draws strength from a powerful source, being the skill and commitment of its members. The leader of the firm is a dynamic woman with an impressive background and resume'. The firm is powered by the zeal and passion of its other young but schooled members.
What we state hereunder is a summary of the firm's profile and the services that we provide.
The firm has now been in practice for over five years. Presently the firm has offices in Pretoria. However, the firm is able to effectively render services to the whole of GAUTENG, LIMPOPO PROVINCE, MPUMALANGA and the NORTH WEST PROVINCE with a potential to extend into the Eastern Cape and KwaZulu-Natal. We have formed a series of associations with several firms, which enable us to work throughout all these areas at no extra cost to our clients.
Our offices are situated at the corner of Andries and Pretorius street in the Pretoria CBD, close to the Magistrate's and High courts, Deeds office, Receiver of Revenue, Registrars of Companies, Trademarks and other important institutions.
The firm has struck strategic co-operations with the following firms:
MALULEKE, MSIMANG AND ASSOCIATES
The firm has tremendous capacity and resources with regard to Corporate and Commercial work. The firm has offered to share its resources both physical and intellectual and this will appreciably enhance our effectiveness. This firm has offices in Pretoria, Johannesburg and Pietersburg.In this way therefore, we are able to operate effectively in the important areas of the Northern Provinces.
VAN RENSBURG, KRUGER & RAKWENA INC.
this firm is situated in the Mpumalanga province and allows us to carry out work there in the most efficient way possible without extra traveling and other costs. Mr Jabulani Rakwena who has substantial practice experience is also consulted by our firm regularly.

We work in conjunction with this firm with regard to matters in the North West Province. The firm has offices in Mmabatho and Zeerust, this gives them wide leverage in the province and we have an opportunity to benefit from that.
EUGENE F COLLINS SOLICITORS
We have established a relationship with the Irish firm, Eugene F Collins Solicitors, based in Dublin. The relationship is intended to assist our mutual International clients and to provide skills transfer to us.
The firm opened its doors in 2001. It is wholly Black owned. Ms Kedibone Molema owns a 50% stake in the firm and is its founder member.
The firm's general staff compliment is 50% female and 50% male. The firm, having been founded by a woman also has the vision to empower women. A resolution has been taken that with the growth of the firm, women will be given preference when allocating ownership stakes. We also intend to keep our 50% representation in the staff.
Our practice has positioned itself to can handle large volumes of work. We have reserved bigger office space that can accommodate twice the current staff, should we experience sudden expansion.
The firm is incorporated and functions as a company. This ensures continuity because the firm has perpetual existence and thus is less likely to be disturbed by the departure of one of its proprietors. The added advantage is that the firm is under close scrutiny of two public bodies, namely The Companies Registry and The Law Society.
The share holders of the firm as more fully stated in the Company registration certificate, are Ms KEDIBONE MOLEMA and Mr SEGOPOTSE MAMPURU, who each own 50% of the shares and are the directors of the firm.
The firm was originally a partnership trading with the name of KEDIBONE MOLEMA ATTORNEYS until 4th March 2004, when it was incorporated as MOLEMA MAMPURU INC.
The Law Society of the Northern Provinces' rules and guidelines informs the firm's policy on conflict of interest. In the event that we experience a clash of interest the proper thing is to evaluate the interests of the different parties in the matter and to advice all the parties with regard thereto.
In practice, conflict arise between a client and the firm, or the firm finds itself representing two clients who are adversaries. In simple terms, we take steps that will cause the least prejudice to all our clients. It also occurs where our firm has a certain benefit which may prejudice our client. In such cases we would request to be released from our mandate or let the client make the decision.
The determining factor for us, is the best interest of our clients.
Our billing structure is informed by the nature of work, amount involved and client's needs. Our fee structure is negotiable to suit the particular needs of a client. Obviously the limiting of costs is our primary concern. It may be necessary and reasonable that a client requires that the costs that it has to incur must be reduced in proportion to the volume of work given.
Amongst other things, we are guided by Law Society's rules and the Attorney's Associations. We are open to an agreement on a tariff. Our basic hourly rate ranges between R 650-00 and R 1000-00 depending on the complexity and size of a matter .
Some of the High Court work will be done “in-house” without the appointment of an Advocate, this is because as stated above, both directors of the firm have right of appearance in the High Court. This will reduce costs substantially for a client. Even in cases where Counsel is appointed, the fact that we have skilled people will ensure that the work carried out by Counsel is lowered and the costs are limited. Furthermore, the fact that we have access to skills and resources of other colleagues will ensure that no outside help is sort.
1. Hunger for knowledge and the ability to take-on challenging work and come-up tops. We are constantly engaged in studying and researching emerging trends in the field in which we specialize, so that we stay ahead of the competition;
2. Focusing on arrears where our strengths lie, but then at the same time breaking into new ground;
3. Hard work. The work volume in our office is very challenging and requires no less than dedication and application. Other firms would have struggled, but we constantly produce the best results for our clients. We are however steadily increasing our professional staff and continue to expand.
4. Quick turn-around time. What gives us an edge over other firms is our ability to deliver the required results promptly and efficiently.
5. Value for money. Considering that the practitioners in the firm have vast experience and specialist skills, our fees are still very low. We keep our fees reasonable as a marketing strategy, but do not compromise on the quality of service.
